Hi, my pup sometimes raises his leg to pee, but he doesn’t pee..is this normal? 8 month old, Maltese boy

My miniature dachshund has a lump on one side of her snout. It seems to be on her mouth, on the inside,not her gum. I noticed it two days ago. It looked like a ulcer like a human would get. I thought it would resolve itself, it has not. It seems slightly larger. She doesn’t seem to be in any pain.Her eating and behavior hasn’t changed.

Customer: We have recently relocated. We’ve been in our new home 1 week today. Due to the change she has been anxious and has separation anxiety. Her teeth were cleaned professionally about a month ago. They were normal.

Customer: WHEN TRAVELLING, WHEN HE IS WATCHING TV AND OTHER DOGS COME ON THE SCREEN

Customer: IM GOING ON A PLANE TRIP AND WANT TO KNOW IF I CAN GIVE HIM BENADROYL
