Our hamster has the exact same issue as the one above, shaking, eyes closed, cold, but still eating. PLEASE tell us how to help her. We have only had her for 2 months. Our last hamster died after 3 years with us having the exact same issue..

Hi this is Dr. Hill. Has Peanut had any diarrhea? Is there any discharge from her eyes or nose. Can you pick her up and take a look at her legs and abdomen to make sure there are no swellings or wounds?
