Hello and welcome. My name is ***** ***** I'm a biologist with a special interest in fish. I'm sorry to hear of this problem. It does sound like your fish is in bad shape. This post is not your answer, but is a request for more information. So, don't rate my service yet - we're just beginning. Is this the only fish in the tank? How big is the tank? Have you tested the water? If yes, what numbers in parts per million (ppm) did you get for ammonia and nitrites? I suspect we may have a water quality issue, and when that happens, medication won't work. The information I've asked fir will help us figure out what to do next. Thank you. Anna
