Hi I'm Alma
JA: I'll do all I can to help. What seems to be the problem with the reptile?
Customer: I only put her in water when she eats and 10 to 20 her tank with the Turtle Fix everyday otherwise shes in a box drying out
JA: Where does the turtle seem to hurt?
Customer: the infected area around the shell has came out ... I have cleaned the area and removed any that would fall out ... no more has fallen off but I'm concerned
JA: Can you see anything that looks wrong or different?
Customer: yes she has deep caters in the infected area and its all black and you can see her skin in little areas
JA: Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about the turtle?
Customer: no shes acting normal eatting and still very active
