My iguana has a lump on the side of his face. What is this?

Customer Question

My iguana has a lump on the side of his face. What is this? What can I do for him?
JA: I'm sorry to hear that. Some lumps are serious and some aren't. Let's see what the Veterinarian has to say. What is the iguana's name and age?
Customer: His name is ***** ***** he is about 3 years old.
JA: Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about Fred?
Customer: Not that I can think of...... ? He is active and pokes his head thru the cage and when he does we let him out to roam in my sons room. The cage is 6x6 with plastic open wiring that is soft.
