Customer Question

Not too long ago i found a musk turtle in my pool that has chlorine in it and we rescued it out and decided to keep it and we bought a tank and everything for it, but the bottom of the turtle is puffy not the shell but its front and hind legs also its tail are puffy. Could it be because of the chlorine? How do i get the swelling to go down?
Thanks for the help-Alex
