Customer Question

Hi Anna,
I got a young female water dragon, she is very poorly. Stopped eating for a 3rd week now, we feed her critical formula by inserting the tube true her mouth to the stomach directly. She is getting very sleepy, her colour going very unhealthy dark. She is loosing wait. Every day she true up as well.. I really have no idea how to help her anymore. Past few weeks we been to a vet more than 3 times now.
Please give me advice.
All I want is for her to be healthy and happy :(
She is probably 8months old, we are treating her from the bone desseese as well. As vet said this she got it. I only had her for a month now. But whatever I do nothing seems to help.
Please contact me asap
Much appreciated,

My name is ***** ***** I have been a Vet tech for 30+ years with special interest in reptiles and reptile rescue. I would like to assist you but need to ask some questions.

Can you tell me about the set up?

Diet Veggies/prey?

UVB light linear tube or compact coil, strength, age of bulb and brand?

Basking light?

Temps in Basking area, warm side and cool side?

How temps are measured?

Did the Vet do blood work or Xrays?

Did the Vet do a stool sample?

Is the Vet you have seen a Reptile Specialist?
