My bearded dragon of ~8 years is acting very lethargic.

Customer Question

My bearded dragon of ~8 years is acting very lethargic. Only movements today were breathing and blinking. Now he doesn't blink and his limbs feel stiff. Mouth is closed. Head and neck feel somewhat warm, but skin feels drier than usual. There are no open reptile vets in my town. :( I can only diagnose what I see. Can you help?
