Last night my leopard gecko got stuck to a sticky pad used

Hi last night my leopard gecko got stuck to a sticky pad used to catch mice. I managed to free her without harm but she still has a lot of sticky redidue on her underneath. How can i remove this ? Please could you advise. Thank you

Thank-you for requesting me. I have been a Vet tech for 30+ years with special interest in Reptiles and Reptile rescue.
The best way to break the glue down is to use a light coat of Mayonnaise on the
on the areas. Let is sit on the glue and then after about 10 mins, put Charlie in a warm soak and gently see if the glue has come off. You can repeat this if needed. We do not want to rub too hard.
Hopefully this will help resolve the issue and the glue will be off Charlie.
