You're not likely to see any adverse effects from such an ingestion. 100 mg/80 lbs = 1.25 mg/lb which isn't much higher than the 0.5 mg/lb I might dose to dogs when addressing loss of protein through the urine and/or hypertension. In general, these angiotensin II receptor blockers are very well-tolerated by dogs even when ingested in excess. (It takes an egregious dose of ~450 mg/lb to be lethal in mice and rats. We don't have such information in dogs, however, but would expect such a large LD50 - the dose that kills 50% of test subjects - in that species as well.)
