He's lethargic, not showing interest in eating and drinking. He's usually quite active, he's 2, but seems to just to lay around.

Veterinarian's Assistant: I'll do all I can to help. Could be a lot of things that cause lethargy. The Expert will know how to help the dog. What is the dog's name?

Duke

Veterinarian's Assistant: Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about Duke?

No. He's been healthy and happy since day 1.

I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. Please let me know if you still need help. May I have an update on Duke, please? Regretfully, lethargy and anorexia while important symptoms aren't pathognomonic (specifically indicative ) of any one particular disorder.
