Hello and thank you for using this site to help you.

How long has this been going on just for today?

Does her head tilt to one side or the other?

Does she walk gingerly or is there any arch to the back?

Do her ears have any discharge or odor?

just in the last few hours, no head tilting, does not walk gingerly, no arch to her back, she did however fall asleep the instant i put her in my lap, normally she chews her bone for a while first

Thank you for that information. Generally when there is drunken walking and vomiting it means there may be some Vestibular disease which is caused by an inner ear problem. Usually an infection but can also be from an ear drum problem. If there is an ear infection they you will need to get drops from your Vet.

Another reason for drunken gait in smaller dogs is a problem with a disc in the spine. There is soft tissue that cushions the disc and sometimes this turns hard and presses on the spine causing awkward walking and pain.

Keep an eye on her tonight.

I would give her a bland diet of boiled chicken and cooked white rice for tomorrow to help her belly

her mose is dry and warm and my daughter thinks 1 ear is inflammed and more sensitive

Then I would think an ear infection is causing the problem. I would make an appointment with your vet tomorrow. Ear infections can be bacterial , fungal or yeast in nature and each requires a different set of drops
