Hello,

I am Dr. Snow, and I can try and help you. Do you mean Klonopin? What breed of dog is she, and how long ago did she swallow them?

She's 7A 1/2 pound Yorkshire terrier puppy and we have given her 2 tsp of hygiene and proxiesfor and she's not showing any kind of discomfort or vomiting or anything I really don't think she didn't take many

Ok, so she ate 3 or 4 pills of 2mg Klonopin? I just want to make sure I know exactly what she ate so we can make a plan. Don't panic yet!

I cant get her to vomit

Thats ok!

So, if the most she got was 4 pills, that is 8mg. The good news is that this is a medication that can be used in dogs. It has a very wide safety margin. Her normal dose would be between 2mg and 7mg, so she did not get much of an overdose.

Overdoses commonly cause sedation, depression, and ataxia. Some animals will exhibit paradoxical signs, such as hyperactivity, disorientation, and vocalization.

So, at this point, if we are sure she only got a few pills, you can just monitor her at home for any of the above symptoms. She may just get sleepy!
