Lucy is 8# ***** Yorkie not spayed, she keeps licking the blood & whatever from her v, add the part that seems the worst to me & id have to say her too, is this odd uncomfortable posturing where she sticks her head/chin way up in the air & gulps something, licks her lips a bunch & swallows it all...coukd be air or vomit or blood, over & over? Like I figure a dog with nausea would look ... I think she may have hiccupped a few times. Anyway, she has been peeing all over the house for a week or so, not on her peepee pads as usual when indoors & for a couple days has been shaking like shes freezing but she did just get a drastically short groom on wed night @ the dog beauty parlor.(she feels like she could have a temp to me, but can dogs even get a fever? it's cold out so im freezing & holding her to warm me up)..also decreased appetite for food but seems quite thirsty until last night, poop looks dark and a like little cookie dough balls stacked together, like a snowman laying down, she goes the normal crazy any time a dog walks by, but even if it's 3 houses away & otherwise looks fine. I dont have either pep's u mentioned but will go get whatever she needs if I'm told what it is that she needs. Thank u, Lucy's mom

as you know dogs who are not spayed go into heat around every 6 months. Normally that causes the vulva to swell and blood to come out for about a week. With a usual heat cycle they do not act ill or stop eating. So she may have an infected uterus which is called pyrometra

If there is any pus or smelly drainage coming out that is most likely infection.

The treatment for pyometra is having her spayed and antibiotics.

She would have to see the vet to figure out if she has an infection or not.

Buy some 10mg Pepcid ac tablets. It’s an over the counter human stomach acid reducer. Give her 1/4 of a 10mg Pepcid tablet every 12 hours as needed. That is to settle her stomach.

While she is not eating rub honey on her gums every 4 hours to help keep her blood sugar up.

If you would like to take her temperature put some ky jelly or Vaseline on the tip of a human oral thermometer. Insert about an inch into her rectum. Wait three minutes or until it beeps. Normal for a dog is 100-102.5 F

Ideally she should see the ER vet today. If that is not an option take her to the regular vet first thing in the morning
