My name is ***** ***** I have been a Vet tech for 35+ years. I am sorry youu dog has you worried.
When lunps are found no matter where they ar found on the body, WE suggest having the dog seen by a Vet. Lumps can be Lipomas which are fatty tumors, an abscess, can be sebaceous cysts, a Benigne tumor or could be Canacer.
The Vet will examine the lump and in most cases start with a Fine Needle aspiation to pull some cells and see what they are dealing with. If something is found they will discuss further options where a removal, antibiotics or surgical intervention.
With this information I suggest having your dog seen and an examination done. Please hit reply to discuss this information.
