Thank you for the excellent photos. These bumps appear to be cutaneous (exophytic) papillomas - single to multiple variably flesh-colored to pigmented, pedunculated, alopecic, smooth to fronded masses that usually measure less than 0.5 cm in diameter. Lesions mainly affect the feet, head, and eyelids. Papillomavirus antigen may be detected by immunohistochemistry or PCR (DNA-based) testing...which can be avoided because most papillomairus infections regress spontaneously after development of a host cell-mediated immune response.
