Hello & welcome, I am Dr. B, a licensed veterinarian and I would like to help you today.

How long has he had these signs?

Can he move his neck up, right and left (all the way to his back) without pain?

Any chance of a fall or trauma?

Any change to his ability to use his back legs (ie weakness, wobbliness, etc)?
