It's highly unlikely that the ingredients of any one over the counter cough drop would be harmful to Tucker. As with ingesting anything unusual, transient gastrointestinal distress in the form of inappetence, vomiting and/or diarrhea can arise but Tucker wasn't intoxicated.

How much does Tucker weigh and which cough drop (ingredients if you can post them) was ingested, please?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Active Ingredient: Menthol 9.1 mg
Inactive Ingredients: eucalyptus oil, beta carotene, flavors, glucose syrup, honey, soy lecithin, sucralose, sucrose, waterTucker is 18 pounds.

Thank you! While menthol isn't well-tolerated by dogs, it takes an egregious amount of menthol to intoxicate a dog. Tucker might develop a minor tummy ache but will remain safe. Please continue our conversation if you wish.
