My dog is vomiting and won't eat today. I was weeding flower

Customer Question

My dog is vomiting and won't eat today. I was weeding flower beds and crabgrass yesterday. I suspect she ate some weeds, grass and berries from one of the weeds I pulled up. The berries are green and then they turn blue. I cannot locate anything online that indicates such a berry is poisonous to dogs. I gave my dog half a pepsid AC hoping to calm her stomach as my vet has suggested in the past for my dogs. Any words of wisdom?
JA: I'm sorry to hear that. Did you see what your dog ate?
Customer: weeds, grass, berries. see note above.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about your dog?
Customer: no - she is a nova scotia duck tolling retriever - about 40 pounds

1) How many milligrams of pepcid were given and how long ago?
2) Any diarrhea?
3) Is she still drinking?
