Hi. My name is***** Thank you for your question. These little ones can definitely find a way to get into trouble. The good news is that this most likely wont be an issue. The calcium in these tablets is poorly absorbed from the gi tract. It could cause some GI upset with diarrhea or constipation in large ingestions, but if this is just a few tablets no serious problems expected. The more serious issue could be if the tablets contained xylitol or if they ate some of the physical bottle to cause a foreign body situation.
