I am sorry to hear about this concern. I am surprised it is having that effect. Nonetheless, if he is clearing symptoms of ataxia (being drunk-like), I strongly recommend an emergency vet visit right now for supportive care. He would greatly benefit from some fluid therapy to help "flush out" his system, as well as, some medication to help prevent any stomach or intestinal distress. Well worth the vet visit.

Hope that information helps
