If this were me, I would have your vet run a fecal test on her tomorrow. That's where they take a sample of her stool and check it under the microscope for intestinal parasites.

It's very, very, very common for puppies to have parasites, and they most frequently get watery stool when they have them.

They'll get her on the exact right parasiticide for her and get the parasites cleared up, and then the diarrhea will stop.
