I would very much like to see the movie but the IMG_6001.MOV isn't a working link. Please upload the video to YouTube and then give me the link to it. Remember not to mark it as private. You've described idiopathic (unknown cause) head tremors which are episodic and may be confused for focal seizures. They're often precipitated by excitement or particular head positions and caretakers may describe a characteristic "yes" or "no" movemnt of the head and normal consciousness. Mentation and gait remain normal during episodes.
