Thank-you. Sounds like we may be dealing with an anal gland issues and they may need to be expressed. Dogs have interior and exterior anal glands and these are scent glands that aid with passing stool as well as marking territory. For this weekend use some warm compressed on the anal opening to help soothe. You can also use some plain Neosporin to aid with the redness. To help with stools you can add a tablespoon of Pure canned pumpkin, not pie filling to the food. This will help regulate the stools and make them easier to pass. I would have her into the Vet on Tuesday and have them express the glands. This should help resolve the problem. They should be done on a regular basis to be sure the do not abscess or rupture.
