Customer Question

Customer: Dave, I have an 11 year old collie/golden mix. On occasion, he has trouble walking up the steps. We give him a daily buffered dog aspirine and wonder about the next steps.
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: As he is going up the steps, he gets "stuck" and can't take another step. He pauses and with support from us is able to continue. The stairwell in question has 18 steps at approx 45 degree angle.
JA: OK got it. Last thing — Dog Specialists generally expect a deposit of about $19 to help with your type of question (you only pay if satisfied). Now I'm going to take you to a page to place a secure deposit with JustAnswer. Don't worry, this chat is saved. After that, we will finish helping you.
