Hello. Thanks for the question.

It sounds like you are seeing a secondary yeast or bacterial infection- ie vaginitis. This would explain the increased discharge and the smell that you are noticing.

To help with these guys, I like to use a round of antibiotics +/- anti-fungals. If you want to just do something at home, you can pick up some Malaseb wipes. These are antibacterial/ anti-fungal wipes. They can be used on the vulva 2-3 times daily until the signs resolve.
