Hello, this is Dr. Linda. I hope I can help with your question this evening.

Rhino will be fine. In safety studies, Simplicef was administered at 10 times the maximum dose to dogs for up to 13 weeks with no adverse effects. This would be equivalent to Rhino getting 600 mg per day. So a one time 200 mg tablet should not bother him at all other than possibly vomiting up the tablet if it bothers his stomach. If he does not, don't worry.
