I left my 10 week old puppy alone with my older dog when I got home he was soaking wet like he was maulded now he is peeing blood. Could that be serios

Yes, this is very serious. Typically, when a pet is peeing blood, you think of a urinary tract infection or having bladder stones. Neither should be the case in a 10 week old dog. PLus, there is the irregular finding of being soaked.

I consider this a veterinary emergency and well worth going to an ER vet right now. Why?

Well, if peeing blood, we cannot know what other internal injuries exist especially inside of the abdomen.

Definitely, especially with the crying, he is clearly in pain. I would not take a wait and see approach. Worth the emergency vet trip!
