The most common form of vitamin D3 is cholecalciferol. It can cause acute renal failure if ingested in amounts greater than 1800 IU/lb. Your 5 lb Pea ingested 5000 IU/5 lbs or 1000 IU/lb. I expect her to remain unaffected and so inducing emesis or treating in any manner isn't indicated. Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish.
