I am so sorry to hear about Bianca. You must be so worried and in shock. My name is Rebecca. I am a veterinarian and will do my best to help.

Is she able to breathe on her own, or is she on a ventilator (breathing machine)? Is she in the type of full service hospital where they can monitor her EKG, blood pressure, etc.?

There are many things that could have caused this. She may have been under anesthesia too deeply, she may have had a blood clot go to her brain or her lungs or her heart, she may have had an undetected heart problem. Is your veterinarian telling you what they think happened, and if they think she is going to wake up?

My sympathies are with you and I am hoping she will recover. Let me know what questions I can answer, what your vet is telling you and I will help you any way I can.
