Hello. My name is***** will be happy to help you. It would be very difficult to determine because it is based on the percent of dehydration. Just maintenance fluid requirements for a 75 lb dog would be 2,250 mls. If I am just estimated, I usually do 1.5 times maintenance, which would be 3,375 mls. That is a lot to give orally. It is almost impossible to keep up with maintenance, much less dehydration, fluid requirements with syringing water. Intravenous fluid therapy usually is necessary for that. I hope this is the information you are looking for. If not please let me know before rating.
