Hi there. My name is ***** ***** I'm happy to help you with your question today.I would actually talk to your vet about sending out a prescription diet made for hospitalized patients...something like Hill's A/D is a high calorie, digestively-easy diet. You can read more about it here: http://www.hillspet.com/products/pd-feline-ad-caninefeline-critical-care-canned.htmlYou could also ask them about possibly giving her a vitamin D injection...it can sometimes stimulate a dog to want to eat more...at least for a little bit of time.Of course...these are both stop-gap things....sadly, it sounds like your girl is deteriorating, which is unfortunately what happens with very geriatric dogs who have a critical illness...but it might buy you a little bit more time.I hope this helps.
