Customer Question

My dog ingested some rat poison a week ago. We began vitamin k treatments immediately. He has had no bleeding however yesterday he began to act funny. He will eat and poop as usual but I have not seen him urinate. He seems lethargic and he seems to be hurting from his left elbow joint. He also attempts to vomit but nothing comes up but foamy, sticky mucus type stuff. We also notice he will walk backwards but have attributed it to the pain in his elbow.

Hi there! My name is ***** ***** I'd be happy to discuss your question with you. I have a few questions if you don't mind answering them! What was the active ingredient in the rat poison he got into? How much vitamin K has he been receiving? When you induced vomiting, did you successfully get back the rodenticide? What color is the vomit he's bringing back up?What is he doing that indicates his elbow joint is hurting him aside from walking backward?
