Hi there!Human toothpaste contains fluoride that can cause problems, including severe toxicity, in dogs. The small amount used once is likely not going to be a serious problem, but could cause enough of a stomach upset to cause vomiting. A 6 month old Chihuahua that is vomiting and appears lethargic, regardless of the cause, can experience hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) which could be quite serious. I would offer her a bit of food and see if she eats it; if not, wipe her gums with a very small amount of Karo syrup or put a small amount of granulated sugar on her gums. If she continues to vomit or does not perk up within next 2 hours, I would take her to the nearest vet ER so that she could be evaluated for hypoglycemia or other problems that could be responsible for the signs you see. While it's commendable that you are starting dental care early (it's so very important in Chihuahuas), I would definitely not use a human tooth paste; there are many dog tooth products available.Hope this helps!
