I noticed my dog favoring his right front leg this a.m. and when I massage up into where it attaches to the shoulder, the muscle near there spasms - he is able to walk but definitely limping/favoring that leg

The dog is 11 year old bird dog/german shepherd/lab mix - does have some trouble getting up from bed after laying for an hour or so - but still very active
