I am sorry to hear you are worried about your ***** *****. I am a veterinarian, and will do my best to help.
Can you post a picture here?
Probably this is a fat pad, or a lipoma (benign fat tumor). It would be easy to tell, by doing FNA, fine needle aspirate. A needle is inserted into the swelling, to get cells or fluid from inside it. Then we look under a microscope at what we get. If only fat cells are seen, it is a fat pad or a lipoma.
Usually a fat pad or lipoma is not painful when palpated; does it hurt at all when you touch it or press on it?
