Welcome to JustAnswer!
How much does your dog weigh?
When was this given?
How much was given?
What are the signs of illness?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
Pups of 2 litters 2-6 pounds given last night, 20x recommended I believe, no signs of illness.
Thank you for your reply!
The good news is that this drug has a very wide margin of safety.
Loss of appetite, vomiting, or diarrhea are possible - but not necessarily going to be seen.
That would be what you should monitor for - hopefully nothing will be seen.

Should I give extra specially delicious food today to help move things along?
Hi there,
I would continue the normal diet - if you change food - that alone can cause stomach upset :) We don't want to confound the situation and give ourselves 2 reasons to worry :)

If symptoms are seen what is the treatment? Is it likely not to be seen till 24 hrs?
Treatment is supportive - foods, bland diet, TLC - there is not an antidote, and often nothing more is needed.
