Hello,

I am sorry your dog is having trouble. Without a thermometer it is impossible to determine if your dog has a fever. Sometimes animals that feel warm to the touch have a fever, and sometimes they don't. A wet or dry nose is not an accurate indicator either. The reddening of the ears can indicate many things, including skin irritation, ear infection, increased blood pressure, anaphylactic reaction, increased heart rate......sometimes increased body temp. Your dog is acting clingy, and that on top of the red ears and dry nose can indicate something is going on, but to find out what she will need to see her vet for an exam and some tests. Hopefully nothing too serious is going on with her. She can still be sick and not have a fever so if she continues to feel badly she really should see her vet. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance. IF this hasbeen helpful, please hit the green accept button. Best of luck with your dog :)
