my dog is drinking loads of water and her belly seems bloated she doesnt seem herself at all and her spine seems more pronounced ,shes off her normal food but still eats titbits what could be wrong?

Absolutely, Yes, I do feel a veterinarye examination is warranted.
We have a middle aged pet that is exhibiting signs of polydipsia (increased water intake), off food, possible abdominal distension (bloating)...
Definitely, she should be evaluated much sooner than later.
Right now, it is very difficult to say what the underlying problem could be because the symptoms or so non-specific. Certainly, the bloated appearance could even suggest a tumor in the abdomen, organ enlargement or stomach bloat, to name a few.
The drinking could suggest diabetes, a urinary tract infection, kidney or liver problems.
Some vets offer a wellness discount when you do a combo urine and blood test. That would be a very good idea.
Also, if the vet does feel that the abdomen is enlarged, x-rays of the belly will be a must.
