Did your dog catch a little green lizard?

Did she eat it? And how long ago?

How is she doing now?

Customer: replied 8 years ago.
Yes, little green lizard, many in our yard...Only had it in her mouth, but the lizard was bleeding. She dropped it, about 15 min ago, and seems to be doing ok....

Ok, those lizards are not poisonous and if she didn't ingest it then I would not be too concerned. You can rinse out her mouth just to get the blood out but otherwise I would just continue to monitor her. You can also feed her a small meal to coat her belly incase she did ingest anything, but she will be just fine. Let me know if you have any other questions.
