my dog stomach is swollen. she has trouble breathing right.

my dog stomach is swollen. she has trouble breathing right. she threw up some clear stuff with some foam. she drinking water but not eating nothing. wat should i do.

Thanks for the question.

If your dog's swollen abdomen has been coming on for a few days then it is most likely fluid build up of some kind { ascities }, this is borne out by the trouble with her breathing. A list of possible diseases which would cause these symptoms would be :

1. Heart disease.

2. Kidney disease.

3. Liver disease.

4. Internal bleeding say from a splenic tumour.

5. Pyometra which is a disease of older bitches which have not been neutered.

If the swelling is sudden onset you would have to consider twisted stomaches as well.

I am so sorry I cannot offer you any home remedy here, there is nothing on the list above which you will have any chance of tackling on your own. My advice has to be to get your dog to the vet as soon as you can.
