Resolved Question:

My dog broke into our bathroom and ate like 20 cotton balls.... she is playing and looking fine. Should I be worried!!?

She should pass them OK as they are a natural fiber and digetive fluids should break them down some.
Make sure they are really cotton and not polyester.
You can give her some cat hairball remedy such as Laxatone or Petromalt. Or let her lick a teaspoon of plain petroleum jelly which should break the fibers apart and help her pass them. It could also give her a little bit of loose stool.
Or you could try some milk 1/4-1/2 cup as that is a mild laxative.
Watch for signs of abdominal pain, refusal to eat, difficulty passing stool etc. as signs to see the vet about this. But they should pass through in about 24 hours or perhaps a bit longer.
Hope this helps you!
