It may be that she has diabetes and her urine is sweet tasting and thus she is drinking it. It may also be a learned behavior from her own mother. Mothers do clean up the whelping area by ingesting feces and urine. So it is possible as well.

I do suggest a urinalyses to rule out diabetes though you usually see increased thirst and urination with diabetes. If a medical condition is ruled out, you will want to leash her and give her a correction each time she starts to do this, so she knows it is unacceptable. Be sure to clean up an urine as soon as possible as well.
