Yawning, panting and trembling can all be signs of stress in dogs. I would think that she is still worried about jumping since her injury yesterday. If family members are attempting to coax her into getting on the furniture, she is experiencing stress due to wanting to please her masters and scared of becoming hurt again. There also may still be a little pain.

They make pet stairs that are designed so that small dogs can get onto beds without having to jump. This would be perfect for you dog. I would not urge your dog to jump for a while. She may also have low sugar levels, so just in case, put a drop of pancake syrup on her tongue to raise her glucose level.

Hope this helps.
