You can give aspirin as Tylenol and Advil are not safe and can cause toxicity or stomach problems. You can give a dosage rate of one baby aspirin for every 16 pounds of body weight or 5 to 10 mg of regular uncoated aspirin for every pound of body weight every 12 hours as it is known to help greatly with inflammation and pain.
