My dogs penis wont retract. What should I do

You need to grease it up good with some KY pr Vaseline and try to slide it back in. This is crucial and if you can't get it back in then you need to seek a vet for your dog to do this. They may have to use anesthesia to accomplish this but it is crucial that it be done soon.

At the clinic where I worked for over 20 years we did it this way: First off have someone hold his head so he won't bite you. Then grip your hand around it tightly and put firm pressure on it for awhile. This will usually cause the swelling to subside. Then grease it up good and try to pull the sheath back over it.
