It depends on how much bleach was in the water. We regularly use chlorine in city water but its only a problem if the amount goes too high.
And also how long it had been mixed up as once diluted, bleach breaks down quickly - mainly into salt and water.
His throat may be sore if it was really strong but other than that keep an eye on him for increased water consumption or not eating as either might indicate a problem with liver or kidneys.
Household bleaches (3 to 6% sodium hypochlorite) can cause esophageal irritation, but rarely serious injury such as perforation.
If his throat is sore he may need soft foods.
