My Dog needs surgery and we cant afford it. what do you do

I have a 2 1/2 Year Old Lab mix. Took him to The Humane Society in Missouri they said he needs a knee surgery no longer than three weeks.

It's a $100.00 for The X-Rays

       $700/00 for The Surgery

I've apply for the Asst they have we were denied.
I applied for The Care Credit I was denied. I'm
running out of time.

We personally can't afford it right now I have a husband who is sick with Three Brain Tumors and other complicated things wrong and we just can't afford it.
