Yes, you can use clindrops for his ear infection

The usual dose for cats is 5-10mg/pound every 24 hours.

I would also go to any pet store and get OTOCLENS and put drops in his ears.

If he begins to show vestibular symptoms of disorientation give him 13.5 mg of dramamine to relieve the symptoms.
