Customer Question

I was out of town this week with roommate and mom taking care of her. Have an automatic litter box. Came home noticed a little feces outside of box and a urine smell. Went to the box and the mat was saturated with urine. Cleaned the urine and it was bright orange. First I've seen of this in her. Acting normal otherwise
JA: I'm sorry to hear that. What is the cat's name and age?

I am sorry Neem had this trouble.

It is most likely a urinary tract infection.

Give her 3 drops of cranberry juice by dropper every day for ten days,

If it continues Neem will need an antibiotic prescribed by vet.

Please let me know how she is doing.
